Sheriff and Jail Record Route
For a county booking record, booking photo, or Sheriff report, start with the Marquette County Sheriff's Office and identify the person and a narrow date range. Stephanie Warren is listed as Office Manager and Records Custodian. The official source does not list records-counter hours, so confirm routing before a visit.

The state rule is Wisconsin Public Records Law, Wis. Stat. ยง 19.35. A focused request can ask for a responsive booking sheet, photo, report, or case identifier and a cost estimate. The office does not publish a public online inmate roster or a recent-bookings feed.
Court and Other Custody Paths
A booking record and a court case are different records. Use the following contacts according to the record sought.
- Marquette Clerk of Circuit Court: 77 W. Park Street, Room 200, Montello, WI 53949, 608-297-3005. The Clerk does not accept email correspondence.
- Wisconsin Circuit Court Access: use the public case search for a later public case history and disposition.
- WI DOC: use its offender locator for state custody or supervision, not for a fresh county booking.

City Police Records
Montello policing uses a Sheriff contract detail and routes policing records to the county custodian. Westfield Police is reached at 608-296-2883, and Oxford Police is reached at 608-586-4428. Ask the agency that created a municipal report who holds the responsive record, then request a cost estimate. Neither city source publishes a booking feed or public jail roster.
